We’ve been to tons of Bergen county bakeries searching for the best pastries for years… and now, let me tell you, we have found #1!!In addition to the owner being an incredibly kind person, he has worked in pastry for 20 years and it shows. Balance of flavors and textures and perfecting classics like the almond croissant, elevating rugelach to a whole nother level, baking the perfect cookies soft and chewy with the highest quality ingredients… what an experience for your tastebuds ??If you have a vision for a cake or an idea for a cookie or pastry, he’ll make it for you!!They have very reasonable pricing and as well as generous spirit, offering us special tea with organic freshly ground ginger while we ate!
Just csme back from visiting Daily Fresh Manna for the first time. The gentleman helping us was very polite. I bought a few things and had them as soon as I got home. The prices are very reasonable, and the pastries we fantastic. The creme Brule cookie was great and not too sweet. The cheese Danish and raspberry yogurt pastries were on point and finally the tirimisu was so well done. I've paid more at other bakeries for less quality. I'm already a fan of this place, please check it out if your able to.
