Dainton Taphouse The Public Brewery

Great venue, great staff, pretty good beer although all a bit fruity and thick after a couple. Food is ok Parma is not a $28 parma. Maybe a $20 parma/pint deal at best? Quality chicken breast but small with little ham and sauce. The tide was well out on the chips (especially considering the price) and slaw was bitter and inedible. Would definitely return but only for a couple of beers and snack food. Not a lunch/dinner/session venue until food reflects prices or prices reflect food and or a session type beer is created.

Went for trivia and the $7 pints. Was told that they weren’t doing the $7 pints. Pointed out it was advertised on their facebook, specifically for the trivia night i was at, only days before and was dismissed.

Took some guests from overseas and they loved it. Very kids friendly too.
