A few weeks ago, we decided to get ice cream, but it turned into a frustrating experience. We waited in line for 30 minutes before closing time, only to be told at the window that they were now closed—just 2 minutes before the official closing time, despite us having waited for over half an hour. They turned away everyone who had been waiting, both at the window and in the drive-thru. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on taking or fulfilling orders, which only added to our frustration. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

While you can add different flavor options, blending it into a shake may not be as satisfying since it's soft serve rather than hard ice cream. Additionally, the drive-thru ordering system is currently out of order, which means you'll have to wait until you reach the window to place your order, leading to a noticeably slow line. Without any computerized system to assist, it appears difficult for the staff to keep orders organized, and they probably need more than just two employees on hand to improve efficiency.
The restaurant maintains a safe environment by ensuring that employees wear gloves while preparing food and that orders are accurate. However, I had a disappointing experience when I found a hair in my hotdog. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, the lady offered to give me my money back, which I appreciated. She then suggested making me a new hotdog but did so after pulling the hair out of the original one without wearing gloves. I declined and simply requested a refund. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

This restaurant may not be the best choice if you're looking for a meal. While the ice cream and desserts are enjoyable, I won't be ordering food here anymore after receiving half-frozen fried mushrooms on multiple occasions. The staff is typically quite young and lacks proper training, and the owner is known for having a difficult attitude, even going so far as to put up a sign about returning food, which isn't a great look for a business.
I had a decent lunch here, rating the food a solid 3 out of 5. While it wasn't extraordinary, it was satisfying enough for the price range of $1 to $10. The service, however, was quite impressive, earning a 4 out of 5; the staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere also received a 4 out of 5, providing a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend trying the hot dog; it was the highlight of my meal.
This place is terrible. After my doctor's appointment, I went to get some food, but they gave me the wrong order. When I pointed it out, they had an attitude about it. I definitely won't be returning; I'd rather go to somewhere else.
I stopped by for a milkshake, and it was fantastic! The young ladies at the drive-thru were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always welcoming me with smiles.
