I have always loved Dairy Queen, but my recent experience at this location was terrible. I went there with a friend yesterday, and it turned out to be the worst visit I’ve ever had. We were made to feel uncomfortable by an employee who was giving us disapproving looks, and his behavior seemed unwelcoming—perhaps because we are not from the U.S., or possibly due to my friend's race. It was such a distressing experience. I spoke with the manager about it, but he didn’t even apologize, and I could see some of the staff laughing at us. I will never return to this Dairy Queen again. I have always enjoyed taking my friends there, and it was particularly disappointing because my friend just arrived...
This is my favorite Dairy Queen, largely thanks to the incredible staff who run it. They are some of the kindest people you could ever meet! I've never encountered anyone there who wasn't genuinely friendly and smiling. That speaks volumes about how they treat their employees. As a regular customer, I experienced their exceptional care firsthand when I injured my hand and they went out of their way to assist me. They were genuinely thrilled when I recovered, and I felt like they were celebrating my triumph with me! While I don’t need a second job, if I did, I would definitely apply here. The food is delicious, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable! I highly recommend this place...
I always have a good time when I go inside the store the older lady who works at night time always gives us great service sometimes we go when there are only younger people working and they are not always the quickest or most quiet.... But they always hand us our shakes and flip them over and they are always delicious how ever we did get some royal shakes once with no filling in them but only once the foods always hot and fresh not usually too busy and they always bring us our food to us after we are seated and have offered to take out stuff when we were done over all I enjoy this Dairy Queen!!!
I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen on July 27th around 7:40 PM. The girl working the window was unhelpful; she didn't provide any napkins and failed to flip over my blizzard, despite both of us knowing that it wouldn't pass the test. I also requested a receipt but never received one. When I tried to call and speak to the manager, no one answered the phone. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Dairy Queen across the US.

We have a big Dairy Queen fan in the family so often we make an effort to visit when we travel to other towns. This one wasn't too bad at all. We only got ice cream, and it was through the drive up window, so I can't speak to the inside or the food, but the service was quick, the treats were all as ordered and the quality was good.
The manager was extremely friendly. I wanted to order an ice cream cake but hadn't specified what I wanted written on it beforehand. When I reached the register, he kindly asked me what I would like to have written. I was pleasantly surprised by his thoughtfulness. In my opinion, this is excellent customer service!
I went there for a meal, but the experience was disappointing. The staff, a young person, kept asking me to repeat myself instead of listening. It was quite frustrating. I ended up leaving without eating.
