When I made my order the person who took it had a very thick accent that I could not understand. She continually got things that I said confused and wrong and then had to bring in someone else to understand what I wanted. That was fine, and I didn't care. When I got to the window something else on the order was wrong so all I did was ask for them to fix it. They continually blamed me for my ordering and then a man, who I believe is the manager, came out and belittled me and talked down to me like I was too stupid to order. Staff was absolutely rude! A female worker was literally yelling at me because my order was not correct because I changed the date to 1 week later! I never changed my cake information. When I called to change the date from Dec. 30 to Jan 6 I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was and that was not a problem yet my order was not ready and was not correct! If only Murray DQ was open all year!
I wouldn't recommend this Dairy Queen. It’s not clean at all. The new owners don’t wash their hands when leaving the restroom or while preparing food. Additionally, they struggle with English, so if they make a mistake with your order, they’ll try to shift the blame onto you for ordering incorrectly, and you won’t receive a refund or a corrected order.
You'll find yourself waiting and waiting, and just when you think you can't wait any longer for your dinner, you'll wait even more. This place isn't likely to advertise any sales promotions on social media. The hamburgers are made from soy. Additionally, the prices are quite steep for fast food – or, in their case, slow food.

I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent, and the bathroom appeared to have been recently remodeled. As a nice bonus, I received a complimentary sundae! Overall, I had a great experience.
The new owners have taken over, and they are incredibly friendly. The service is more efficient and faster now!
The price for a large ice cream cone is $3.90, and a small cone costs $2.50... It feels like highway robbery!
They have made a remarkable turnaround and are doing an excellent job! The food and service are both great!

Clean restaurant, very nice employees and quick service. Perfect dinner spot.
