We watched 4 vehicles, in a matter of 15 minutes, leave the Dairy Queen drive through line. One vehicle was at the window waiting for food (they finally got it), the next vehicle had clearly placed an order and was behind the car at the window (they finally left). One of the two cars in front of us was at the speaker phone waiting to place an order but no one answered. The other car left out of frustration and a car drove up behind us, saw the line and also left. We decided to leave but wanted to see if anyone was even inside. A woman came to the window and told us she was sorry but there were only three staff, and they just couldn't keep up. When we looked inside the restaurant, no one seem...
What happened!!?? I used to go here 2-3 times a month for lunch as I work close by. It used to be awesome! Something drastically changed in the last 6 months or so, new ownership perhaps? The speed of service is horrible and the friendliness of most (not all) workers I have encountered is terrible. No thank yous, etc. Management, please don’t bother responding to me with one of the canned responses that you have given anyone else that has taken the time to offer their experiences. Your canned answers are insulting.
My wife and I stopped for an icecream cone on Friday January 26 at 3:00 pm. We wait 2 minutes just to place the order, than pulled up behind a car waiting for their order. 15 MINUTES and still sitting there. Why didn't the dummy running the drive thru tell him to pull up?!? This guy needs to be FIRED!!
6:50 pm on Saturday, March 30th, 2024. Your location is closed. Says your open until 11pm. Not the first time this had happened. Done with this location. Please don't respond back saying I should give you another try. Respond back why you were closed. I'm more interested in that.

Order was messed up. People in front of us also had an incorrect order. There is a reason the girl at the drive thru make minimum wage... She is still 75% overpaid. It's not brain surgery, get the orders right... 1 star is a gift.
When Jasmine works the drivethrew, expect to get no smile, no Thankyou, and definitely not the right order. My recent experience was so bad I tried to call a manager but nobody answers the phone.
This is the most overpriced Dairy Queen in the state, with everything on the menu costing $2 to $3 more than at other locations.
Love the blizzard the cheese burger's were a little cold and the staff were good.
