I took some time to think about writing this review because we used to really enjoy dining here. I've always had positive interactions with the staff. However, today I encountered a male manager who was quite rude and dismissive while repeatedly explaining that "they don’t do it that way." There was an undertone of accusation when he mentioned that not ordering the sundae wouldn't change the price. To be honest, I wasn't concerned about the price at all; I was willing to overlook that. I understand that we all have off days. I decided to just stick with the two ice creams we had ordered, and thankfully, the employee who assisted us was incredibly kind.

My mom and I went to Dairy Queen and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The microphone quality was so poor that they could hardly hear us. After placing our order, we were asked to pull up, which we did. When we received our food, the guy assisting us had a dirty mask and handed us the wrong order. We were then told to pull up to the front, so we complied and received our ice cream cones. However, the woman who approached us mentioned we might need a napkin, but she was unable to provide one. As a result, my cone started to drip everywhere. Overall, I would give this location a 0/10 and wouldn't recommend it. Instead, I suggest going to the Dairy Queen inside Walmart on Indian Sch...
I placed a pickup order through Grubhub, and it indicated that my order would be ready at 8:25. I arrived at 8:30, and while everything seemed to be in order, the Dairy Queen staff refused to give me my order directly. Instead, they insisted that I go through the drive-thru. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes in line, and by the time I received my food, it was cold, incorrect, and my Blizzard had melted. What a waste of time! I wouldn't recommend placing a pickup order here if you're expecting it to be quick; you'll only be disappointed.
Service sucks no bags they give you the ice cream first and still have to wait on the food and exit on the enter side still waiting everything is melting I guess it’s hard to make a hamburger and ice cream and just two chicken tenders for kids meal. Don’t know how to give the Blame to the parents or the the managers food before dessert for the common sense in the 100 degree heat or is it that hard to cook a burger????????????

Melissa is one of the best customer service oriented persons I’ve ever met at a drive thru! She knows what customer service is all about and is definitely making me want to keep coming back here! She needs a raise!Fyi, the Hawaiian blizzard is amazing!
Two words for ya SUPER YUMMY! Great improvements in customer service drive through lines and product availability. The management is AMAZING! Super friendly makes sure your stuff is right. Takes care of you if it's wrong. Who DOESN'T love dairy queen!?
The food is incredible! The hamburger tastes just like a classic hamburger should. Every time I order, everything is fresh. They even have deals for just $7. I will definitely keep coming back to the Milk Queen!
