Dairy Queen - Réserver une table

Went there on Friday Dec.1/2017 about 630p.pm,nobody was in drive thru, said hello when got to speaker, they took our order, went to window sat there for 15 mins., nobody come to window at all lady in front was just standing, so we drove away...and left without our order, we didn't pay for it cause nobody even come to window and asked for the money, we knew the amount had it ready, so went to another restaurant in town, there line up was bad, and was out of that drive thru in 5 mins,called when got home, manager took my information and said would have owner call but hasn't, pretty bad when don't call people back about their employees messing up will never go there again

The last 2 times we have gone for blizzards they have run out of stuff. The 1st was when the guardians of the galaxy blizzard was out, they sold out but all the signs were still up, and there was nothing to indicate that we...would be unable to order it. Then again, we went back this past weekend. Sure enough there is a paper sign covering the blizzard of the month sold out so I try to order the royal brownie blizzard, they have NO brownies for any of their brownie blizzards. We will skip it next time and juse get our ice cream elsewhere

I have frequented Dairy Queen often, but usually only for their ice cream treats. Today, we decided to try their cheeseburger deluxe. It came with fries, a soft drink, and some decent extras. It was a satisfying meal at a fair price. We will definitely be returning soon.

I witnessed a staff member cutting their nails in the kitchen. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant due to the lack of cleanliness. This behavior is unacceptable and the employee should be terminated. As a result, I decided to dispose of my food immediately.

Blizzards are the best here! The staff is slow so they start to melt but taste delicious anyway lol. The owners are the worst for customer service. We don't eat the food here anymore. It's not horrible but there's other places close by that are...much better.
