Our visit to this restaurant and was not pleasant on the 23rd of October . The manager was not nice to his staff not letting them serve customers. They were out of Diet Coke soda in both their machines no syrup. On the chicken wrap you had to wonder were the dressing was. Fries were cold. When I went to get my sundae he was serving other people. Instead of finishing serving them he served us. We said thank you but no reply from him. Then he went back to serve them. We thought this was rude on his part. Serve the girls first whose order you were taking. Will not go back again.
The last 2 times we have gone for blizzards they have run out of stuff. The 1st was when the guardians of the galaxy blizzard was out, they "sold out" but all the signs were still up, and there was nothing to indicate that we would be unable to order it. Then again, we went back this past weekend. Sure enough there is a paper sign covering the blizzard of the month "sold out" so I try to order the royal brownie blizzard, they have NO brownies for any of their brownie blizzards. We will skip it next time and juse get our ice cream elsewhere
Everytime that we go to this place they are always running out of stuff. I don't blame the employees for this but they definitely get the short end of the stick here as they are the ones who have to break the bad news to the customers. Blizzards are always runny and when they flip it upside down I am always worried it is going to end up all over the floor.
