Dairy Queen - Réserver une table

Je suis allée au Dairy Queen de la ville de Châteauguay vendredi soir 20 mai à 22h, puisque celui de Mercier ferme à 21h... Surprise, je veux commander un blizzard Royal gâteau au fromage et remplacer la crème glacée à la vanille par de la crème glacée au chocolat et on me répond qu'on ne peut pas le faire avec ce blizzard en particulier (!?!). Je demande donc à la jeune fille du service au volant si c'est possible de le faire quand même et de me charger un extra ($), que ça ne me dérange pas du tout. Elle me répond poliment que ce n'est pas possible et elle me donne l'option de commander un blizzard régulier avec morceau de fromage, mais qu'il n'y aurait pas de fraises à l'intérieur. Malheu...

There is only one place to eat your ice cream that at dairy queen this iconic place has been open for many decades and people always come back for more on those hot days of summer yes over the years menus have changed but this place is always consistent that's why it has survived so long great ice cream from shakes to sundaes to a half and half vanilla chocolate soft ice cream something for everyone also great ice cream cakes for birthdays can be ordered ! cheers to another 30 years of dairy queen !

Visited yesterday. Waited 10+ minutes in line as they served 5 drive thru customers before those standing outside. Once they took my order, they told me that app coupons don’t work in Quebec (which appears to be true, even though the app tells me where the nearest DQ is in Quebec). Disappointed, I order two small dipper cones. $9.50?!? You’ve got to be kidding. Went to McDonald’s and got something similar for $4. Won’t be back.

Promised my kids that we would go to this place after their activity knowing that is opened until 10pm. Arrived on site a little before 9pm, the guy was still making a blizzard. Waiting for about 10 minutes and the a girl arrived. Wanted to order but she said that they close at 9pm. The sigh in the window clearly says 10pm. Refused tu serve us even when we ere there before 9pm

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and efficient. Even though there was a line, they worked quickly to serve everyone. I definitely recommend this place whether it's a hot or cold day.

This DQ has been at this location as long as I can remember. If your looking for a treat,they have many choices and really nice cakes.Parkung is no problem and they have a drive through.

Did a Door Dash order for 2 large blizzards only received 1 of the 2 , though charged me for 1 never was advised about the other half of my order, really poor communication on DQ's part.

Our favourite ice cream shop, everyone is very friendly and a great quality product. Our ice cream cakes are always from here for our birthdays!
