Lately, I've been enjoying Dairy Queen more than ever. Maybe it's because of the great deals they offer on the app, which always draw me in. I usually check out the menu through the deals section and pick from there. Most of the time, it involves a Blizzard—you really can't go wrong with that. I recently learned about their Blizzard test, where they turn it upside down to see if it holds, which was pretty fun to watch. My favorite is the Blizzard with Heath Bar, followed by the classic dipped cone. Just a heads-up: the dipped cone melts quickly after you take a bite. During my visit, I encountered extremely poor and unfriendly service. When my order was finally ready, the employee handed me my bag with a dismissive "here you go" and even shot me dirty looks for not tipping. Honestly, it left me concerned that my burger may have been tampered with. Some may say I’m being overly critical, but I was very polite, saying "please" and "thank you" at the drive-thru, and didn’t comment negatively at all. Having spent nearly my entire life in the service industry, I always tip generously for good service. These young staff members really need to rethink their attitudes. If they want to earn tips, they should offer service that deserves them.
I ordered a large Butterfinger Blizzard, but the ice cream had a plasticky taste and was already melting as soon as I received it. After a few bites, I didn’t like it and asked for a refund right away, but they refused. It’s way overpriced, and their large size is more like a small soda cup. If you want a better Butterfinger ice cream treat, go to Sonic—it’s actually delicious and comes in a much bigger size.

This place has the worst customer service ever!! Make sure not to ask about items on the menu. Do your research before ordering- as Dairy Queen employees expect you to know everything before pulling up. Blizzards are good though. Just don't mind the teeny bop, bubble gum popping, eye rolling manager and her staff. They all need haircuts and attitude adjustments! Ambiance as cold as the blizzard I had.
Blizzards are not made right. If you order a kit kat for instance they mix chocolate with the ice cream and then put some candy bar on the top. None mixed through out. Won't go back after 4 times, even if you remind them what a blizzard should be like. New management and retraining is in order.
I will never return to Dairy Queen. I found human hair in my ice cream, which was so disgusting it nearly made me vomit. Since I was too far away to drive back and ask for a refund, I had no choice but to throw it away. This experience has completely ruined my impression of their menu.
The shakes at this place are fantastic, but they frequently get the orders mixed up, so make sure to double-check before you leave. This may be a result of the inexperience of the young staff members who are in their first jobs.

This location has a drive-thru, making it very convenient. Additionally, there's ample indoor seating available.
This is my second visit, and the dining area is closed once again; only the drive-thru is available.
