It 's meant to be fast. Today, it 's over 100 degrees out and my son and I are sitting on a Vespa at the height of the day 's intensity, we 're both wearing black trying to get back home asap. We ordered one (1) 10 piece chicken strip meal and a sundae. I 'd have been happy to choose another meal, anything fried chicken or beef related would have fed this boy and we 'd have been on our way. I wasn 't given the option and it wasn 't until after I 've ordered and paid I 'm told I have to wait beca...
If Incan give them a minus I would have. We came around 9:00pm last night to get something to eat. To go. May I say. And I believe they were in such a rush to close down. Mind you they close at 10:00 pm. I got 2 burgers and 2 onion rings. So I thought until I got home. Ready to eat and noticed there was no burger on our buns. I mean really!! We called and were told to come the next day. We came the next day with the empty bun to return it and get a refund. Of course the rudeness came out first then they said. Sorry no refund. I said ok what about another meal. Anyway. Nope. That's not my place. Just annoying how we pay for things and do not get what we pay for.
There is no immersion, the doors are locked so you can only walk through the drive. Wait patient to order an ice cream cake for my father's birthday. The order for the 10 inch cookies and cream. Wait about 10 minutes to get to the window, he checks the order and takes debit card and gives reception. Wait a few minutes if he comes back and asks me to raise and say they don't have cakes ready and it has to be decorated. I'll move forward and wait 15 minutes before the cake is brought out. The cake looks good, but obviously the operation is to fight. Hopefully, the franchise owner had an alternative plan, because this DQ will not last long.
After about 10 minutes, I finally received my order, but when I moved to the parking lot to eat, I found that my onion rings were cold. I suspected they had to reheat my hamburger since I hadn’t requested cheese, which contributed to the lukewarm food. Upon getting home and unpacking my bag, I discovered that my hamburger was also cold, and to make matters worse, there were no napkins or ketchup included. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I'm uncertain if I’ll return.

Cold food and rude workers! They were talking about a mom and two kids that had just ask about a free ice cream they thought they had a coupon for. As soon as they left the young workers were laughing about it. My food was cold and another couple near me sent there food back also because it was cold. Kid with hair in face!! I found a hair in my fries! Health Dept needs to be called! Please step up your game! It’s a new store
Overall, my experience was better. If you choose to use the drive-thru, be sure to check your order thoroughly to ensure you receive everything you’ve paid for. I understand mistakes can happen at any restaurant, but this has occurred here more often than I'd expect—about 3 out of 4 times. That’s simply too frequent. As for the food itself, I would rate it 4 out of 5.
Ordered small ice cream cone and burger meal. The ice cream cone was as expected.The burger was overcooked and tasteless. Fries were soft and soggy, not even cooked. My wife 's meal was the same. Theres never not something wrong with my order. Ordered the new heath caramel brownie cupfection and got 0 brownie pieces ontop. And no i took two spoons before realizing there was brownie. You can correct a customer without being an ****

This Dairy Queen is still open (may have closed and reopened under new ownership, IDK). Got a #2 with blizzard and it tasted good. Service was quick and friendly. A very good restaurant for fast food.
The staff doesn't seem to check the orders before preparing them. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but I received a regular burger with just mustard on it.
