1 star for both service and cookie dough blizzard!! the terrible customer service I encountered wasn’t the first time in this location. We ordered a cookies’n cream and cookie dough blizzard. My daughter’s cookies’n cream was ok but when she put my blizzard upside down a liquid spilled and obviously it was too runny to be a blizzard. When I asked her to change it for me, she rolled her eyes,turned around and started laughing with her coworkers. When she brought the second cup, it was more like frozen yogurt consistency with no cookie dough. I went inside asked for her name and the manager, the young lady who was laughing with her came with total disregard to appropriate customer service manners. At this point I left the blizzard because I couldn’t trust what they will put inside if they make me a new one. I won’t be going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S she refused to give me her name!

It is a drive through fast food chain with terrible service and overpriced foods. Every time I come here, I command the same, and it seems like they always make it different from the simple burger to the Dr.Pepper. It's always wrong, it's like you get something from the person next to you or behind you. It does not help that the employees in the window are very short with you and do not simply provide customer service like, Have a good day. Better close the window on you. I would recommend, next to Chick FIL one or if you 're in the mood for something like a blizzard, Freddy 's Custard. All these options are cheaper for several people and you will be much more satisfied after you finish your meal. You have a good day.

Should have made it myself, ordered a bacon cheeseburger no veggies, mayo and ketchup only. Got a double no cheese burger without sauce and lettuce and tomatoes. Ridiculous.

I bought two boxes (12 sandwiches) of ice cream sandwiches through drive thru for $20. All of them barely have any ice cream in them. It was a waste of money.Food: 1/5

This place stinks. It smells like it has channel problems. It smells better in the toilet than in the restaurant. Don't get back to this, strictly on the smell.
