Overall you guys have great customer service whenever I go. The crew looks great working together. The only thing that I just can't get past is how it doesn't seem appealing to eat there. Don't get me wrong the foods great but the places is in need of remodeling. It's really dusty on the the fans and after seeing the bathroom I'd just hold it in instead. Compared to all the new restaurants arriving on the block I'd definitely go to dairy queen more often if it just finally decides a makeover. Once again foods great, and price is too.
Happy customer. The young man assisting me in the drive thru did every thing right. He was friendly, made eye contact and told me to have a good day. Now why can't the rest of the fast food establishments (McDonald's especially) follow his lead. I felt like I was a valued customer instead of a dollar sign. A little kindness goes a long way.Next getting a good review is the Blizzard. I ordered a cheesequake/Heath blizzard and there were plenty of cheesecake and Heath pieces in it and it was blended all of the way through.
A fantastic vintage style Dairy Queen Restaurant in Gahanna, Ohio! Hasn't changed since the day of his opening in the 1970s, I think. Great staff, clean dining room, very good warm and fresh food, soft serving is first-class and fast service! A must to visit when in Columbus, OH area!

Friendly, quick service and delicious food! Excellent value at lunch; you can get a burger, fries, drink, and ice cream for just $5. The kids' meal includes ice cream, so no more little messes in my van. Plus, it's locally owned!
Been going to this Dairy Queen for years, and I do mean years. Believe the first time my kids went there was with their grandparents when it was open only a few days. Good food.
I absolutely love this place! The service is some of the best I've ever experienced, and the food is outstanding. Plus, their lunch special is fantastic!
Quick and convenient service. The staff is very friendly. The Georgia Mudslide is outstanding—definitely one of the best ice creams I've ever had!

It's been a lifelong tradition for me; nothing compares to the taste of a coney and a giant chocolate malt from our local Dairy Queen.
Can't go wrong with ice cream!! We got lunch as well and their food is a little over priced
