I was really disappointed with my meal tonight at Dairy Queen. I ordered the rotisserie chicken bites meal with three blooming onions and a drink. Even though I live less than four minutes away, my food was cold by the time I got home. The chicken bites were overcooked and had a tough, rubbery texture. On top of that, my drink was missing, so instead of four cups, I only had three. None of the Blizzards had lids, and I wasn't given a cup holder, which caused two of them to spill in my car. I usually have a better experience here, but it’s frustrating to spend $24 on a cold meal without the drink I ordered. We went through the drive-thru, and the service was quick with friendly staff. Their chicken tenders are among the best in fast food. The fries, however, were quite soggy. The cheese curds were excellent. The Blizzards weren't served upside down, and they were already very runny when we received them. Halfway through, there was no mixing left, as they were only blended partway down, which was disappointing. Although Dairy Queen is still the only place to get Blizzards, I suggest tempering your expectations. At least the cotton candy Blizzard is back. I highly recommend the chicken tenders, and hopefully, you get a better batch of fries—or just opt for the spot-on cheese curds instead.
The interior features stylish ribbon lights from Heals.com and lively, kid-friendly pop art adorning the walls, leading to modern Freestyle Coca-Cola fountains. The seating upholstery is reminiscent of a chic red Chanel purse, and your treat order is accompanied by elegantly embroidered DQ napkins.
On a downside, I’m puzzled as to why the bathrooms were overlooked by the executives. As Joe Biden might say, “Come on, man!” I was on the verge of giving this a 5-star rating, but the dim, unattractive bathrooms feel stuck in the '70s. I’m hoping for some updates in the near future. I've eaten at many fast food restaurants, but this is the first time I've had to reach out to corporate about an issue. Today, I'll be doing just that, and I'll also be notifying the health department. I'm extremely surprised that after a 20-minute wait, my food arrived at room temperature. I've never received such a cold burger from a fast food establishment before. I'm even unsure if the bacon was properly cooked. The food clearly does not meet any food safety standards.

The people here are usually quite attractive. I visited today and ordered the 4-piece honey BBQ chicken strip basket with ranch. They confirmed my order, and I drove away without checking it. When I looked inside, I found I'd received regular chicken strips, and there were only 3 pieces instead of 4. Additionally, the fries were only lukewarm. I tried one, but I didn't have time to turn around, so I just accepted what I got.
I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time it was not busy. On my most recent visit, there was only one person in the drive-thru and no one inside, yet it still took over 15 minutes to receive a simple cheeseburger basket. Their service is incredibly slow, moving at a snail's pace. However, the staff is friendly and the place is clean. They just need to pick up the pace a bit!
we loved this dq, but the customer service has deteriorated dramatically in the last few months. today the four articles we ordered were correct. the man in the window was also irritated when I asked for lids. When I asked for a wearer, he rolled his eyes. this dq gets a tonne business and would really benefit from a strong manager who prioritises customer service and efficiency!
I ordered a cake online, but when I arrived, I discovered that the dining area was closed. We had to use the drive-through to pick it up. Unfortunately, there were eight cars in front of us, and it took almost 20 minutes to get through the line. I wish they would open the doors for pickup orders!

The service was prompt and efficient, and the food was enjoyable, especially their tasty blizzards! I ordered a cherry-dipped cone, but the cherry coating was quite thick and felt almost waxy, making it difficult to chew. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I had a similar experience as Cindy. I ordered a cake online and ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to pick it up. It's really frustrating when fast food places try to get by with minimal service during busy times.
