Dairy Queen - Réserver une table

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I came here to grab some food for my kids and was completely appalled by what I witnessed. One of the employees was handling food without wearing gloves, then proceeded to use the register, and then went back to handling food without washing their hands or changing gloves. There were a total of five employees working, and the lack of hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. This kind of behavior is a recipe for getting people sick! I will definitely not be returning here. When I asked for a refund, the employee in question gave me my money back with dirty and gross hands. It's absolutely disgusting. If you work with food, please take the time to wash your hand...

I ordered a blue raspberry misty freeze from this restaurant. As I started drinking it, I noticed some crunchy pieces that were brown in color. I initially thought it was fried bread crumbs or something similar. Concerned about my allergy to peanuts, I called the restaurant and spoke to an employee who mentioned that it could have been butterfinger pieces, as they had just used butterfinger for the previous customer. It is important for the employees to ensure that they clean the machine thoroughly after each use, especially when using ingredients that are allergens.

I noticed the minute I opened the door that this location is filthy. I will never eat here ever again and encourage everyone using the drive thru to at least visit the inside once. 4 teenagers standing around when they could be getting some hot soapywater and cleaning EVERYTHING. Windows, counters, walls, floors. .. I hate to even think about the restrooms!! I was in for acake for my daughter so I got out as soon as I could! I'm almost embarrassed to show my daughters basic, blah cake with nodecoration but Happy birthday.

This Dairy Queen location is the worst in franchise history. It is run down and always seems to be short-staffed. My order took forever to arrive, and I found a strange chunk in the bottom of my strawberry sundae. To make matters worse, one of the songs playing in the restaurant had explicit language. I will not be returning to eat here in the future.

Both bathrooms are out of order? they don?t have chocolate ice cream, some items aren?t n the menu unavailable, workers were really apologetic but I?m sure they have gotten used to apologizing because everything is broken or out of stock. Cleanliness isalso lacking.
