One of the women behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. She made a big fuss and responded disrespectfully simply because we asked for lids for two small ramekins that were meant for our dogs at home. It felt as though we were asking her to pay for them out of her own pocket. Her behavior was very unprofessional, and I believe she was a manager.
This Dairy Queen location is clean and welcoming, offering fresh food. They got my order correct on the first try and took their time, without rushing me. The staff was very understanding and non-judgmental about my particular preferences regarding fish. Overall, they definitely deserve an A+ rating.
I ordered the spicy chicken strip basket with onion rings for the second time at two different locations. Unfortunately, the batter was dark and dry both times, just like my last experience in Bridge City, TX. I personally would not recommend the spicy strips.
I absolutely love Taco Tuesday at this restaurant! The chicken dumplings are incredible. Plus, it's a great perk that it's conveniently located right next to my workplace in Nederland. Réservez une table maintenant
Paid fifteen dollars for a triple cheeseburger and fries. They gave us three patties with no cheese. This happened the last time as well. Won't go back again.
