First of all-we love DQ. As a fast food option it's a great choice usually. It took over an hour to get our food. The first 45mins we waited and when I went to ask I saw food in the window. It was bagged up even though we ate in, and when given the receipt it wasn't my order. She told me she gave my food to the wrong people, sorry. Nothing else. I told her she needed to get her manager and it needed to be corrected. She acted too out of it to even know how to do that. The manager then treated me like it was my fault. I guess I was easy to blame since the woman who gave our food away wouldn't say anything. I told her we'd take the food if she'd give us back the difference and instead threw it...
Each time I return, it feels like a terrible experience. For $16.00, you would expect a hamburger to come with lettuce and tomato. I never asked for a plain hamburger; I simply said I didn't want all the meat, just a single patty. When I called to complain, I was lectured about the various types of burgers they offer. I ordered a regular burger, and it drives me crazy! I never have these issues in The Woodlands or when ordering in the Dallas area. The food also tastes like it was just microwaved to reheat.
SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!, food was ok but didn't even flip it when I got it because it was ALREADY MELTED!! There policy says I should have got the blizzard for free but STILL CHARGED ME!!!!! worker were standing in the back talking, everyone in the seating area inside were frustrated. I could have made more ice creams then them all in less time and I don't even work there!!!! The tables weren't even clean!! Had to wipe down my own table to get the sticky residue off!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
Five stars for being there for me in my traveling time of need. I started at Wendy's (other side of Interstate) after I got gas, but their drive up window was out of order (yeah during Covid) and told me I had to come inside. Then they said their debit card chip reader was broken and I needed to HAND enter my number. Not going to happen. I ended up at Dairy Queen, got *hot* food and a blizzard upgrade as quick as could be! Thank you DQ!

My wife and I decided to go here for a blizzard for her birthday, we showed up about 15 minutes before they closed. After getting to the drive thru to place our order they informed us that they were closed. Closing 15 minutes early is a bit excessive.
We ordered online. Our order was not ready. They had no gravy for the strip meal. They forgot our drinks and ice cream. I think they may be understaffed.
The blizzards were great! However the drive thru wait was unusually long. Perhaps more staffing on Wednesday evening would be a good idea.
