Dairy Queen Grill Chill

i ordered 6 chicken strips with 2 flame thrower wraps with a drink and i asked for a side of ranch. When i got my order i sat down and found no ranch when i went to ask for ranch i literally had to say excuses me across the counter to the kid in the back making the food. There ice machine has been down since for ever and the place is a mess inside and out. Fries on the floor and garbage is jam packed tables don't seem to be washed down. Its a shame cuz i love there food but if the service is garbage and they can't do there part to keep it clean then its not good.

The cake maker is amazing, always gets my picture that I want, no matter what I ask for. The cakes are amazing. The problem is the person taking the order, no matter how many times you go over what you want inside, or how much extra you pay for the extra you want, it's never right, because the cake maker doesn't take the order. The younger cashiers are very rude, almost always. So I very rarely go there to get food or ice cream. The owner should send in secret shoppers of all shapes, sizes and monetary background.

There were 5 staff members behind the counter, but only one was taking orders while 6 people were waiting to order. The sundaes and blizzard were made, but they were half melted by the time the food was ready and half of the order was missed. Fortunately, I caught the mistake when they were bagging my order, otherwise I would have been home without half of my food. The restaurant has poor management and is not customer-oriented.

Great food, but I bought a bunch of poutines and they weren't made well. Very little bit of fries and gravy. The bowls were like half full. I spend like 60 dollars just on poutines alone and all my guests were disappointed they got so little. Réservez une table maintenant

Flat pop, 1out of 3 servers was capable, twice my orders were overlooked. Took more than 12 minutes just to make a runny small sundae. Definitely NOT the place to comeFood: 3/5

they will take their order and their money, but they will not allow them to use the facilities. the food was so, the personal was so.

co2 we refuel at the drink station. a machine empty. my burger was cold. will never go there again.
