I visited Dairy Queen Grill & Chill today with my sister. She ordered the 6-piece chicken, and I tried the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. It’s supposed to have a strawberry filling in the center, but mine didn’t have any. Instead of the cheesecake chunks I expected, I just got basic vanilla ice cream with tiny specks of cheesecake and a drizzle of strawberry topping. It was much more blended than it should have been, and overall, I was really disappointed with how it was made.

The food is always hot and fresh, just not usually correct with my alterations. We once spent about 5 minutes trying to get my burger right, but ended up still being wrong. They don’t give napkins out more than 1-2 napkins no matter how big the order is, but not sure if that’s just policy or not. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming here. The staff is really nice and I know they are trying their best! Thank you guys for all your hard work.
2nd time going to this Dairy Queen ordered a blizzard this time and it was almost soup I still don't know how they did the flip without it falling out all in out 1st time I ordered 2 banana splits with the buy 1 get 1 free and they charge me for both not not very happy with this
The man in drive thru took my card and looked at it front and back for a good ten seconds before swiping it and was very slow to return it. He also upset my daughter with his strange behavior and she refused to eat her ice cream cone once we left.

Cheeseburger tastes like I'm eating actual cardboard and would not waste the money on it. But fries are decent and as always very impressive blizzards and the dilly bars are AMAZING they haven't changed recommend grabbing a box next time.
Unbelievable 9:30 pathetic manager was unwilling to make an order of cheese curds at 9:30pm when they close at 10 pm because they didn't want to use their dryer at 9:30. Do not go to this DQ ever!
It was good but the male worker seemed like he was annoyed to take our order maybe he had a long day who knows? Food came out pretty fast I would've gave a 5 star if the guy wasn't so grumpy!
This is the only Dairy Queen that offers cherry sauce. I always order a chocolate and cherry sundae—it's the best!
