After years of visiting this DQ, recently I've been seriously disappointed. Our blizzards had not been blended, the candy was in a chunk on top. Multiple times now. Our last few visits my double cheeseburger was literally soggy. Last weekend I finally asked for a new one was treated as if I'd done something wrong. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, I just asked for a fresh bun. The second burger wasn't much improvement, I didn't eat it. I hate this bc I love DQ. We, as a family of 5, eat here a lot. We love our spontaneous trips for blizzards. Hopefully, it improves.
my family and I have visited this dq for years, with him is always satisfied. the service has only recently expired, but the through-line moves quickly. use them to like the older herrn (from louisville) who managed this place - he seemed to be in the position to keep the youth in agreement with quality assurance.
I'm not sure who thought that was funny, or what manager allowed this, but that's absolutely unacceptable! how much do they do? Everyone hates that you are struggling with mental illness from people who think you involuntarily, to make fun of. that is disgusting and must be removed immediately.
