Girl working is slow and rude!!! I will NEVER be back. Not to mention this is the slowest dairy queen I've ever seem, and I worked at one as a teen in a college town, we hustled our a not be as slow as possible and rude to every person we encountered. Lol to find out this place only has 1 star reviews. I ordered a small blizzard and a medium Sunday. The girl gives me my Sunday with ice cream that doesn't even go to the top of the cup. Mind you there is a picture right there displaying how high it should go for a small medium and large. They reluctantly remade it but I had to argue for it. Have been there two times this past month and both times they have messed up my order. The first time the lady was nice enough to fix it, this last time this old lady gave me this “well you didn’t speak loud enough” excuse after I had said that we had order two cones and were given sundaes. This old lady was rude and snappy and I had enough of that and just drove off with the sundaes because what old lady has the right to talk to her customers that way after the she is the one to mess up the order.
This location is a train wreck. EVERY time I tried to go there, over the last two years, there is some issue. Everytime the employees are rude. Everytime the wait is ridiculous. The last three times, over the course of several months, they can not hear from the drive thru. If there is an issue with the microphone, why not just fix it? I left AGAIN today without ordering because the gal kept saying I can't hear you. I am not going to yell my order in a drive thru.
Kayley at the drive-thru is awful. I understand everyone needs a job, but she needs to understand that not every job is the right fit. Maybe something that doesn't require customer service would be better for her. Thank you to whoever it was that could actually complete my order, but apologies to you for having a coworker/employee who requires that much assistance to complete the most basic of tasks. Food: 1

Just waited for 25 minutes behind three cars. When they reached out to hand me my blizzard and turn it upside down like they're supposed to a bunch of it poured out and they still gave it to me as a soup instead of a blizzard. Ridiculous Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
