Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I have visited this location several times hoping the staffing has been improved but it has gotten worse .. waited for 15 minutes for an employee to even make eye contact to place my order … I eventually left without even a acknowledgment of my presence!!! Shame on this franchise owner .. pathetic in every way … will be reporting to head office !!

I visited Dairy Queen, and it was a clean and quiet place, which I appreciated. It did take a little while for someone to come to the counter, but once they did, the worker was very friendly and helpful. The cake was delicious, and it's a beautiful place to enjoy ice cream, as well as other options like burgers and hotdogs.

Got two chicken sandwich meals and a poutine. The chicken was over cooked so hard could barely chew it also extremely salty. The poutine was disgusting and the cheese smelled as if it had gone bad. I do not recommend going here. In the future my family and I will not be coming back. For the food.

Owners are terrible and don’t care about their employees. Doesn’t give them breaks or proper holiday pay. Food is disgusting and shouldn’t be served. Prices too expensive as he’s raised them 4 times in the last

They need to upgrade this building or build a new one! Very old, and outside lights were not even on!
