I had a absolutely horrible experience at this diary queen recently. I went through the drive thru to only to helped by a extremely rude employee which I believe his name is Jason. Very rude in the drive through and when I finally pulled up to thewindow I waited over 5 minutes just for them to open the window and take my payment. Not only was my food cold, my sundaes werepractically soup and when I asked to have my sundaes remade I got a nasty look and it took them over another 5 minutes to remaketwo sundaes. Not to mention all the employees standing around on their phones doing nothing and just chatting with each other.Do not come to this diary queen location unless you want horrible servic...

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff was very friendly and polite. When I visited on a Tuesday morning, I was greeted warmly by one of the cashiers. Although I didn't catch his name, he had curly hair and struck up a conversation with me about my Red Sox shirt. The food arrived in less than two minutes, and he ensured that I had everything I needed. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming and friendly. I hope to have many more positive experiences at this location; it is much better than the one in Manchester.

Last Sunday, September 25th, I visited a restaurant and placed an order at the drive-thru for a large order of onion rings and a medium order of french fries. The cashier was very friendly and gave me my order with a smile. I was impressed by how she carefully wrapped the food to prevent the condiments from touching it, especially considering the concerns around COVID and germs. I was grateful for her attentiveness and even went back to express my appreciation and ask for her name, which is JESSICA. Also, the food was hot and fresh!

Getting pricey, but I guess that's the case everywhere. Portions for the tenders meal is very good and my burger was not big, but appropriately sized. Also, for a burger that was jammed full of stuff it was very well put together, kudos to the staff. Also, 3 meals and 2 blizzards were ready quicker than expected, and they're not too stingy with the sauce. Réservez une table maintenant

I stopped by for takeout and found my food ready, the place was clean, and the staff behind the register were friendly and welcoming. They asked if I needed any help as soon as I entered, and I was in and out within 2 to 3 minutes when I reached the register.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and polite. The establishment is very clean and well managed, which is a rare find in a fast food restaurant. They should be proud of their exceptional service.

Horrible customer service. Place has gone down hill. Cashier acted as if they could care less and took 20 minutes to get a simple sundae. Other employees standing around doing nothing. Avoid this place.

The girl who took care of me gave me excellent service!! She brought everything right to me. This place is kind of pricey but the food was good and hot. Almost 4 dollars for a small dipped cone! Réservez une table maintenant
