Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Please go to literally any other DQ. The team there is terrible. Watched the three people in front of me need to get their orders corrected, and then mine as well. Forgetting major items like milkshakes and fries until prompted by irate customers. Good times.Also didn't charge for a bag but tried to give me one, in violation of current city bylaws, this could be seen as a positive cause the bylaw sucks, but goes to show how little care they put into what they do.Food still tastes like DQ at least, but there are at least 2 other dq within 10 mins of here, so yeah.

This was our first experience at this DQ location. The server was very friendly and helpful ? it didn't take long for our food to come to the table, the server brought the food directly to our table! ?the food was soooo delicious ? I got the backyard bacon ranch double I was blown away by how good the burger tasted ?? the sauced and tossed bbq straps were also amazing!! ? I'd definitely stop by here again for a meal if I'm in the area ?

Everytime I order my Oreo cheesecake blizzard with mint added I never get cheesecake or mint. Just oreo. These staff clearly don't read instructions and I'm paying extra for items I'm not getting. Not ordering from this location anymore even though it's the closest. Such a waste of my money.

Employees were too busy giggling and talking (in punjabi), of course it’s hard for them to follow instructions or get the order right. Blizzard was completely melted, upside down for less time a micro-second and handed to me. Not the first time.

A shout out to this DQ for making my daughter her birthday cake. I sent them my ideas and told them to just be creative with it; they did not disappoint! It turned out fantastic and she was thrilled. Great job! ?
