Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Usually go there after dinner for desert and it used to be our fav spot. But, last couple times, we ordered triple fudge hot brownie. Whatever we got was anything but hot. We did go back within 1 minute of picking our stuff via drive thru, the person literally said that if it is not warm then we can go home and heat it up in our own microwave. All we asked nicely and politely if they could heat it up again for us. The person flatly refused to do so. This is not customer service. The management should train their staff at least to be compliant with the product presentation. I would rather drive further away than to go at this location. The first issue was that it was take out only as it looked like work being done in the dining area, which was posted, so I had to manage. Next was I ordered the 6 piece chicken basket. Normally, this comes in a big container, yet what I got was 6 pieces of chicken in a cup style holder, a small amount of fries in another holder, which was placed on top of the chicken. So, the container bottom was open on top of the exposed chicken. Worse service I have ever seen in a fast food establishment, portion wasn't correct as I have ordered chicken strip baskets before. Will never return to this establishment ever

Have visited this location a few times recently and each time my cookie dough blizzard has so little cookie dough that I have to question whether they put any in at all. The ice cream itself is always have melted when I get it and barley blended. When I questioned why there was so little cookie dough the girls behind the counter rudely laughed and said that it does have cookie dough…at any other place they would apologize and offer to re-make it. I will not be returning.

Kinda gross. Sitting at the drive through watching staff remove the trash from the car and tie it and take it out with no gloves and then proceed to touch her face headset and then orders. Was bad enough sitting at the speaker for a long time without no answer and having to drive to the wi dow to get my order taken.

Very poor service at this Dairy queen location and very inconsistent. I have gone a few times in the last couple weeks for large strawberry sundaes, but what I've been getting is anything but the large sundae I've ordered. Does this look like a large sundae for $5??

They got my order wrong, so I went back and told them, and they replaced it with the correct order with almost no questions asked. You've earned your 5 star review today!

Under some Reno’s so you can’t dine in. Not sure how long, you can still get food to take away or drive

Went through the drive thru. Don't go there often but it was a nice change. Food was good.

Took over 10 min to take order and then another 15 min to give food in drive thru
