Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I usually visit this restaurant after dinner for dessert, and it used to be our favorite spot. However, during our last couple of visits, we ordered the triple fudge hot brownie, and what we received was far from hot. We returned within a minute of picking up our order through the drive-thru and politely asked if they could reheat it for us. The staff member we spoke to bluntly told us that if it wasn't warm, we could just go home and heat it in our own microwave. This is not what I would call good customer service. Management should ensure their staff is trained to uphold product presentation standards. I’d much rather drive a little further to another location than return here. They should...

The first issue was that it was take out only as it looked like work being done in the dining area, which was posted, so I had to manage. Next was I ordered the 6 piece chicken basket. Normally, this comes in a big container, yet what I got was 6 pieces of chicken in a cup style holder, a small amount of fries in another holder, which was placed on top of the chicken. So, the container bottom was open on top of the exposed chicken. Worse service I have ever seen in a fast food establishment, portion wasn't correct as I have ordered chicken strip baskets before. Will never return to this establishment ever

Have visited this location a few times recently and each time my cookie dough blizzard has so little cookie dough that I have to question whether they put any in at all. The ice cream itself is always have melted when I get it and barley blended. When I questioned why there was so little cookie dough the girls behind the counter rudely laughed and said that it does have cookie dough…at any other place they would apologize and offer to re-make it. I will not be returning.

Not very pleasant. While I was in the drive-thru, I watched a staff member take out the trash from a car without wearing gloves, and then she touched her face and her headset before taking orders. On top of that, I had to wait a long time at the speaker without any response, ultimately having to drive to the window to place my order. Réservez une table maintenant

Very poor service at this Dairy queen location and very inconsistent. I have gone a few times in the last couple weeks for large strawberry sundaes, but what I've been getting is anything but the large sundae I've ordered. Does this look like a large sundae for $5??

They made a mistake with my order, so I went back to inform them. They quickly replaced it with the correct order, almost without any questions. You've definitely earned a 5-star review from me today!

Under some Reno’s so you can’t dine in. Not sure how long, you can still get food to take away or drive

Went through the drive thru. Don't go there often but it was a nice change. Food was good. Réservez une table maintenant

Took over 10 min to take order and then another 15 min to give food in drive thru
