I just received a medium vanilla ice cream cone that collapsed all over my chest, stomach, and car door after an incredibly long wait, even though I only had two cars in front of me. I ended up driving around and going inside while dripping whipped cream everywhere, including on my car keys. When I asked for a refund, the guy at the counter kept saying, "I don't know what happened." It's clear that the ice cream machine isn't functioning properly. Now I'm stuck washing the clothes I was wearing, hoping my new car doesn’t end up smelling like spoiled dairy in the morning. Who is managing this place? I've been here many times, but this experience has made sure I won't be returning.
This location never has the dining room open. It has posted hours for when the business is supposed to be open but it never is it only drive-through I don’t wanna eat ice cream in my car. I wanna come sit down and eat ice cream and have a burger inside, but can never do that because this location doesn’t consistently ever have its doors open Service: Take out

I visited on a Wednesday around 5:45 PM, and it wasn't crowded at all. The food was fantastic! My son especially enjoyed the chicken strips and fries, and the cheese curds were spot on! They have a great selection of drinks and plenty of burger options. I definitely plan to return soon! Réservez une table maintenant
The young lady that took my order was very polite. The fries were freshly made, they made me an Arnold Palmer as requested. The burger was awesome, charbroiled and delicious with freshly cut tomatoes and onions. This DQ is setting the standard for greatfast food. Great job!
