The food is as delicious as always, but we had an issue with our Blizzards. When we received them, the cups were messy, with ice cream spilling out the sides—definitely not where it was supposed to be. To make matters worse, all three Blizzards were placed in a paper bag, so we didn’t even realize how they looked until we had already started driving. I’ve never seen anyone put Blizzards in a paper bag instead of using a cup holder. It seemed quite lazy and careless on their part.
As for the owner's response, there's really no need to reach out—I've already detailed the issues in my review. Simply stop including the undesirable parts of the fruit in the blizzards; it's that straightforward. If you make these changes, please let me know, and I'll consider giving it another try. Otherwise, I think I'm done with this location.
What can one say except this is home of the blizzard! They have such great ice cream here, and you can get such great mix-ins for the lizards that it's just wonderful. I would not expect to come here for a gourmet meal. I would expect to come here for something feeling. But recommended!
