Easily the rudest humans we’ve ever encountered. Choose a different DQ!! I ordered a birthday cake a week and a half prior to picking it up. Confirmed the location and pickup time twice with the individual over the phone. My husband gets to this location and the individual at the front said “we don’t have any cake orders you must have the wrong store.” He called every Dairy Queen within a 10 miles radius and then went back inside and insisted this was the right Dairy Queen. The employee disappeared (presumably to throw together the cake) and then came out with it and was incredibly rude to him when it was their fault in the first place that they either lost or forgot about my order. I have no car, so this was the closest food I could get. The cashier, a young kid had the most disgusting, filthy hands. Looked like he had been working on a car. His very short nails were full of dirt, and his cuticles were bleeding. This is so unsanitary and can't believe that people actually still ate there. One other employee was dressed so horribly with pants 5 sizes too large and pant legs dragging on the floor. Give them uniforms. Will never step in there again. Man. If I was 20 again I would have parked and started partying with them. I don't know what was going on back there, but it looked fun. The person working the register didn't look like they were having fun. Mostly because they had to still work and because they got my order wrong. Fun times, not good food. I received some kind of melted ice cream so at least I got my sugar fix. Almost forgot. Why did two 12yr old kids come out the back on motorized scooters. I felt bad for the lady taking the orders, she was doing her best. Honestly that lady probably should have called somebody.
We ordered shakes thru door dash. These arrived with open tops there should at least be some kind of sticker on the open hole Part. The driver could have sneezed, coughed or even put something in these drinks. This is the only place I’ve ordered from that allows for food/drinks to be open. Absolutely disgusting. The other night we ordered a Strawberry Sundae with no issues with that. And a Peanut Buster Parfait, everything was okay until we got to the peanuts which were raw I don't know if you always serve them raw or roast them but they made the parfait not enjoyable. Raw peanuts changed the flavor to this Sundae.
