On May 14, 2023, I stopped at this restaurant and ordered two hot dogs with mustard only. To my surprise, I received two hot dogs with mustard packets instead. It made me wonder if the restaurant was being cheap by not putting mustard on the food when ordered. Moreover, the mustard packets looked old and I didn't want to risk getting sick from expired condiments. I paid 5.69 for the convenience of using the drive-thru, and I expected better service. The lack of mustard and napkins with my order was disappointing, highlighting a failure in employee training and management at this restaurant.
I don't even know how this place is still open I don't even know how any of these people still have a job or no one's getting fired they oughta just closed it down everytime I go it's always closed or not enough staff to even open the doors I don't understand this place you figure for the side of town it's on that would be highly respectful and actually get business done know half the time they can't even open the door I don't know how many times I've been there and it said due to understaffing we cannot open until later in the afternoon ...I DON'T GET IT... You don't even deserve a star. We were there three times and they never have what we want. You always say we just ran out. Today I call them, they answer the phone “yes” I thought maybe I called the wrong number. I asked if he was looking at this Dairy Queen. I asked if you had the Buster bars, he's not just going out. I'll never get back to this place, you're sitting in the thru drive for 30 minutes. Several cars went without order while I was there today, including me. The owner must be present at his office or shut him down.
Although the lobby was closed, the drive-thru was open at this restaurant. I needed a birthday DQ Sheet Cake and was able to order it through the drive-thru. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cake was exactly what I needed. It was beautifully frosted with perfect handwriting. The wait was a bit long when I went to pick it up, but the staff were apologetic and still very pleasant. I hope that everyone who has to wait is understanding and kind to them, as they are doing their best.
