Waiting 10+ minutes for food when im the only car at drive thru. Had to go back 3 times because of wrong order. Asked for a receipt, I told them they NEVER put one in the bag for anyone so how would I have one? Waited almost 15 min for them to verify from a manager they could replace my screwed up order. Staff was rude and arguing at me and my fiance. The item they argued they gave me wasn't even available to serve so they kept giving me random food. The lady working the Blizzard counter was so unapproachable and slamming blizzards on the counter with a sour look on her face, probably because she was the one messing it up.Don't go here. I had a disappointing experience at Paradise Dairy Queen. Half of the staff seemed to be avoiding service, making it difficult for me to get assistance. I ordered a spicy flamethrower burger and ended up waiting longer than expected, only to receive a burnt burger that wasn't the right one. To top it all off, I ordered a cake for my son’s 23rd birthday, and when I received it, I found it had been poorly handled and was unappetizing. I had expected them to spell "Happy 23rd Birthday Tyler!" correctly, but the cake was a mess. I strongly advise against visiting Paradise Dairy Queen; you'll save yourself the frustration. Instead, I recommend choosing any other Dairy Queen in the province.
Absolutely rude staff on the drive thru. Went to order ice cream and the lady on the speaker was completely and utterly rude we could hardly hear her and she said I can hardly hear you too, by , in a demeaning tone. Don 't waste your time ordering fromthis DQ, drive down to topsail road. Your ice cream is melted by the time you get it from the paradise location because it takesso long to get through the drive thru. I cannot get over how rudely I was spoken to today. We drove off and did not purchasefrom here. I wouldn 't come back to this place if they gave me free ice cream for a year.
The drink trays are far too shallow, and they added an extra plastic cup to hold the milkshakes in place. As a result, my passenger side floor ended up covered in chocolate milkshake after hitting a pothole just outside the parking lot. Additionally, part of my order was incorrect, and it was difficult to understand the staff both at the drive-thru and the window. It will be a while before I give this location another try.

Never again. They forgot to give me my drink and my fries. Took them 17 mins to make a cheeseburger for the one person ahead of me. I had to rush to get back to work before I was late, only to realize no french fries, no drink, no napkins. Just a singlecheeseburger and a melted sundae that costed $10.
I was disappointed with the portions, I ordered the buffalo chicken strip basket and the three chicken strips could have passed for chicken nuggets, and there were 9 french fries accompanying them. I will be sticking to ordering food other places and just order ice cream here!!
The bathrooms were dirty, and the booths were not well-maintained; it looked like one booth hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there was hair found in my mom's fries. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff. We won't be returning!
The food was fantastic, but the service was somewhat slow for a fast food establishment. On the bright side, there is ample parking, including accessible entrances. The seating area is roomy, and the interiors are impressively clean.

The young woman at the drive-thru tonight was incredibly delightful. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was friendly and kind, and the service was impressively quick!
Dairy Queen Grill Chill offers fast and friendly service, with staff that are incredibly accommodating. Their menu has a great variety to choose from!
