Dairy Queen Grill Chill

My husband brought me cake for birthday as a surprise. He asked the employee what cake it is and he said it's a strawberry cheese cake and he bought it around 7.30pm. At the time of midnight birthday celebration infront of family and friends opened the cake and it was fully melted and was a disaster. It was on the table, carpet and all over the place. Such a disaster and disappointment infront of everyone. We went to the store after that and brought the liquid cake back and told them the situation. They cant refund the money and they can do a 10% off if we buy another cake. Service here is great, their cake decorators are very good and professionalThey throughly understand what you are looking for an make your vision come trueI wanted to add to the reviews claming they were not told it was an ice cream cake, have you never heard of DQ? They're all ice cream cakes lolI swear ppl always look for a reason to complain or to get money back or make a place look bad. Good service, clean, good amount of options. Quality was above average. But it only goes so far. For what you pay it’s good. I wish it could be just a bit cheaper but everything else was great.

Great location. They have burger special that is always available. Staff were very friendly and service was fast.
