Dairy Queen Grill Chill

My daughter and I came here for lunch and I had gotten a grilled chicken blt salad. They use to be so good filled with cheese, bacon etc... this time I paid over $6 for Lettuce. There was barely any cheese and bacon. It was just thrown on there. My daughters chicken sandwich had barely any toppings on it. Then what aggravated me the most is that there were grandparents with their little grandkids which 1 of the kids had an egg allergy and the grandparents were making sure nothing contained egg in it and the girl by the register and the girl who seemed to be a manager rolled thier eyes and just didn't even seem to care and wouldn't double check to see if anything had egg in it. I walked in and saw one person in line, along with someone who appeared to be an employee who had just clocked in, and another person at the front of the counter. I wasn’t sure what they were doing, as they were mostly just chatting. After waiting for a while, I finally asked if I could place my order. I was told to wait until the person in front of me finished with their transaction. I waited a bit longer, and by the time she finally inserted her card into the card reader, I was ready to give up. I've never had to wait so long for service before. Unfortunately, it seems that customer service is not a priority for many people these days.

Chili dog combo was hot and delicious. My mobile app would not allow me to get a dipped cone deal but they did honor it at the counter. This place has great customer service and the manager is a friendly and nice gentleman. I live close to this location and do enjoy their treats occasionally.

I stopped by with my family for a quick meal, and we had a fantastic experience. The food and ice cream were both delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our order was accurate. I’d rate the food a perfect 5/5! Réservez une table maintenant

Cashiers and front end workers are really nice and fixed my order after it was carelessly rushed out. I had to drive back up back I received a $5 free coupon. Food was good once fixed.

The phone service was poor; she forgot to include ketchup in the basket, and there was hair in the food. Overall, it wasn’t too terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The triple chocolate brownie is delicious. The warmed brownie accented by fudge, chocolate shavings and ice cream are a great combination ?

Food was very good reasonably priced in the place was clean. The employees that waited on me were very friendly and polite.
