Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Ice cream was good as usual. The issue is with how busy the location is. There used to be two DQ locations in Sarnia (many years ago). Proximity to the Walmart plaza and everyone wanting ice cream makes this a particularly busy place to visit. Expect to be about 30+ minutes due to traffic and waiting in the queue. If someone from DQ corporate reads this, Sarnia needs a second location.

So slowwww. Previous reviews have blamed it on the fact that it is in a busy location. It doesn't help that they spend nearly 10 minutes per order. The 30 minute wait time quoted above is literally if you are able to pull up directly to the speaker. It's much worse whenever there are any more cars then that. If the food takes that long to prepare then why bother having a drive thru?

This restaurant boasts a fantastic location and offers high-quality food at unbeatable prices. The service is prompt, and the staff is exceptional! I especially loved the strawberry sunflower dish. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious combo meal. Just remember, we're not about fast dining – we’re about flavorful food!

Strawberry milkshake extra strawberries and no whip cream...is my go to...there not just ice cream there burgers rock..and a super for.8 bucks you get burger, fry ,drink and a sundae...can't beat that... Réservez une table maintenant

I have to say the food is fantastic and the people that work there are always polite. It's cheaper than McDonald's and always fresh my husband and I go there and recommend DQ try it out !

The only thing left to say is that the ice cream here is outstanding. The service is excellent as well. This place is our beloved summer destination for milk-based treats!

Love DQ ice cream but insanely slow at drive thru. Waits of 20 to 30 minutes if the line stretches past the intercom. It's stressful being in the drive thru.

Ever thought of a twix blizzard? That would be nice. Typical Dairy Queen. Could use a basic honey garlic sauce for thier fingers. Réservez une table maintenant

I went to get some Blizzards and tried the new pumpkin cake flavor. The service was friendly and quick, which was great!
