I decided to get out and ask the drivers behind us if they could let us out, especially as two additional cars arrived. I tried to change my mind about asking, but the woman behind me insisted that I should just ask them to move, and they would be more than happy to help. She was right; people were very accommodating, moving around to ensure we didn't have to wait in a line for no food. It was heartwarming to see such kindness!

I had a terrible experience! I took my grandkids out for ice cream, but when we arrived, the front door was closed due to a staff shortage. That was fine; we decided to use the drive-thru instead. We waited for about 10 minutes because of the lack of staff. I ordered two small vanilla cones with dips. When I went to pay, the cashier quoted me a total of over $13. I was confused and clarified that I only ordered two small cones. She then told me she didn’t have my order. I repeated my request, but she informed me that she couldn’t take my order because there was a long line behind us.

This is exactly what you expect when you stop somewhere to grab dinner! From start to finish our service was excellent! Greeted immediately with a kind voice and repeated order. Once we got to the window the order was confirmed again. And the atmosphere inside appeared happy and cohesive with a little humor from the employee in the window. Smiles from the girl getting the food!! Our food was HOT and Delicious! A true 5 star for us this time around and it appears they've got a stellar crew! We will be back again very soon!
The food and service at this restaurant are perfectly fine, but there's an issue with the hours. It's worth noting that it tends to become quite empty by 9 PM. I've visited several times on Saturday nights over the past couple of years, and I've noticed that the place closes an hour early at 9 PM. Please update your posted hours to reflect this more accurately so that customers don't waste their time and gas driving here for nothing. Thank you.
CLOSED! This Dairy Queen is not open! It hasn’t been operating for at least a week, and there are closed signs all around. I tried to visit a few more times, but it’s still closed! A couple of weeks ago, I went for ice cream, but the store was shut down—only the drive-thru was open. I went again tonight, and it was completely closed due to some computer issue! The website still says it's open. This is very disappointing.
Went in to Dunedin Dairy Queen to get a Oreo blizzard. Nasty employee Lauretta handed us a blizzard with chocolate wafers cookies mixed to a pulp. No real Oreos we’re in it. Didn’t even taste like the normal Oreo blizzard. Lauretta didn’t like when we asked about it. Nasty employee. Oldsmar Dairy Queen uses real Oreos and much nicer service.

The older gentleman working the window tonight was very nice! I enjoyed my pumpkin pie blizzard and my dog enjoyed his pup cup. Although it was busy, everything was great. Thank you!
This location may be a bit slower than others in the area, but the staff is incredibly hardworking and friendly.
