I really want to thank you Kanuka, Virdh I hope I have written her names right!!! I am from BC and I needed to deliver a cake to my father Gm and his team went beyond and beyond and delivered the cake, although it was outside the city!!!! I appreciate their customer service and the need for urgency and no other place offered delivery! It was a very special moment that made me smile It was beautiful and amazing customer service ——— Absolutely amazing team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A big thank you!!!

Picked up a ice cream cake for a family member. I had my 1 year old with me and had trouble picking up the cake. A staff member gave me a hand and asked if I wanted something written on it. We got happy birthday . It took him probably around 5 minutes max to write it and he offered to bring the cake out to my car as my hands were full with my son. Cake was pretty good. Only complaint is its quite expensive but I knew this coming in.

It's been a long time since I've eaten here, and for a long time I've been saying that the older property is old. This new property makes much better. I loved 1/3 double cheese burgers and the frits. The Pommes were very good compared to other places. Also the staff there is very nice and seem to really like their job. This means that property invests more in its employees, which is a must. A happy employee = good management.

It was a little mixed and our ice cream cake was accidentally sold to the wrong person. The staff offered to do another, but it would have taken 2 hours. The staff then offered a generic cake 50% of Husband is happy!
