This is my favorite spot for ice cream, shakes, malts, sundaes, and more. The staff has come to know me so well that I can drive up to the window, recognize their voices over the intercom, and say, "Hi, this is Liz. I'll take the usual." They instantly know that means a large chocolate shake with just one pump of chocolate and a small glass of ice water. The service is excellent, always accompanied by a friendly smile and a genuine, "Hi, Liz! How are you today?" I give my local DQ an A+, 5 stars, and 100% recommendation... so be sure to give them a try!
The restaurant does not offer dine-in service. Even though COVID-19 restrictions have eased, they still haven't opened up for indoor dining. The drive-thru service tends to be slow most of the time because of this. As of the update on March 21, 2022, they continue to operate only through the drive-thru, and customers often have to wait 10-15 minutes just to place their order, plus additional time until it's their turn at the window. They really need to reopen their dining area—it's about time!
This place consistently offers the coldest ice cream on hot days. Unlike other DQ locations where the ice cream melts quickly and becomes messy, their ice cream remains perfectly chilled. However, I've noticed that some employees can be a bit rude and seem irritated when taking and preparing orders.
My banana split Blizzard was fantastic, as always! Unfortunately, my chili cheese dog wasn't very good and seemed to give me some stomach cramps shortly after I took a few bites. It might just be that it didn’t sit well with me.

The prices are too high for what is offered—there's a lack of variety, no burgers or fries, just rotisserie chicken bites and cheap chips. I paid $27.00 for three items, and I'm not satisfied at all.
Absolutely amazing! This is exactly what Madrid needed. They offer the freshest salads, wraps, frozen yogurt, and smoothies. The staff is incredibly friendly. You definitely have to visit this place!
My son and I attended an interview today. The owner's son was very polite and professional throughout the process. The store was clean, and we were greeted with a smile.
This is an excellent spot to enjoy a delicious ice cream treat. The service is quick and efficient.
