I’m not 100% who Kate is, but she she called and left my 15 year old daughter a VOICEMAIL firing her based on second hand information from an assistant manager who did not properly train her to perform the duties of the job. We’ll be in touch with corporate Monday to confirm what the proper protocol is in these situations. Even at 15, I’m sure it’s not appropriate to leave someone a voicemail releasing them from a job. My daughter held down a job at another establishment right down the street from here with a lot more patrons and they absolutely raved about her and her performance. Good leadership starts at the top and this DQ obvious lacks that.
I really enjoy this restaurant, but today my order was incorrect twice. I ordered a Royal New York Strawberry Cheesecake, but the first one was Oreo and the second one was just ice cream and cheesecake - there was no strawberry in the middle as I had expected. I didn't feel like bothering to have it fixed because I had traveled all the way from Detroit.
I waited for 55 minutes in the drive-thru line on Saturday evening at 8:45pm for a blizzard. It was not worth the wait. The restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed with only 3 employees working and not very efficiently. I would recommend going elsewhere.
Always a pleasure. Service is fast, orders filled with accuracy, and the staff is courteous. You had just better know how to drive because the drive thru passage is super tight

when their hours are open to 9 o'clock, they should be open to 9 o'clock. their employees should not say hi, then they hide after they specified and stop their order.
that is a unique dairy queen! the journey through is so busy that it is back in the rule on 12 miles road. I'm guilty of sitting in this line. good their time worth!
snapshot: a tasty place for all year round frozen tasty if you can take the narrow drive-thru entrance. imagine a hot summer day bake them flat and sweat.
they closed early and left a series of customers waiting in the line both by the drive and save before, very bad service
