I came in and got 2 dipped cones for my kids. One exploded on the top and was leaking all over. I had already paid. I politely asked the kid working if he could remake it after seeing my daughters eyes in disappointment. The owner runs out of the back and tells me we can’t remake your cone you can buy another one or I can give your a refund and don’t come back. All this in front of my kids! I have been coming here for 15 years and this is what I got for my loyal patronage. I proceeded to question why he was behaving like this and he proceeded to explain me that he would loose 0.80 cents if he made me another one, and told me to take a refund of $6 and toss the cones. My wife and I have been coming here for a number of years now. Have never had a bad experience. Typically are served by the same guy who always seems to be there- feels very much like going to a local ice cream place even if it is a DQ.
