Since I come here almost every day for the Wi Fi during evening hours, occasionally I will order either cheesy bread or a pizza and soda. I do appreciate the hot food but sometimes it gets delayed in getting it. Only twice have they screwed up my order and only once I left because an order was placed but never got made. Sometimes you have to be patient with the employees here but one of the annoyances I cannot abide is the very loud background music drowning out people trying to enjoy their meal and talk at the same time. On Thursday, August 15th, they forgot to deliver two orders of “Fast Fire’d Meatballs,” and I only received one Mexican Coke instead of the two I ordered. The store did not reach out to me about this, and I haven't received any refunds for those items.
Then, today, Monday, August 19th, I placed another order and only received one “Chocolate Chip Cookie” instead of two, and the cheese pizza was burned. I'm really disappointed with the Azusa location. Although I live in Glendora, the app only allows me to order from Azusa, which is frustrating. I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere, as Blaze Pizza's customer service is consistently unreachable.
The lines can get long pretty fast, but from what I observed, the staff works efficiently to keep things moving. The pizza is cooked quickly, and after enjoying mine, I went back in line for an order of the pesto garlic bread, which was also delicious. The restrooms are single-use, with one for men and one for women. I would definitely come back here, as there are plenty of options to choose from. They also have a soda machine available.
Honestly, this location is terrible. There is no issue with the food but after arriving for my online order, the food wasnt even ready. I waited 20 minutes patiently before getting fed up and rudely started looking thru each of the orders for mine. Finally finding it, I walked out of the store.Not once did any of the staff acknowledge my presence or ask me for a name. I guess they must hate white people. ?

I really love their gluten-free build-your-own protein pizza, which comes with your choice of pesto, ranch, or balsamic drizzle. This is my second visit, and the food is consistently delicious. The restaurant is located in a plaza with several other eateries and a cinema, creating a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly, although they seem a bit overworked.

Everything is good, except that sometimes there is not everything that is put in it and it burns a little, you have to ask for it not burnt and that's it, super delicious.
Pizza made with care…especially because we put almost all the veggies on the pizza! Cali crust with Pesto…no extra cheese. Divine!

Great service , I highly recommend this business. But management should have a way for employees to be tipped they work hard .
I just take out two pizza for my kids. But the pizza was horrible condition. Never go this location!!!!!!!!
