Recently, during an intense day of ski touring in Les Saisies, marked by a snowstorm, I found refuge at the Restaurant d'Altitude Panoramique 2000 for a well-deserved break. My experience there is well worth 4 stars. Despite the difficult external conditions, the welcome at the restaurant was a ray of warmth. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing prompt and attentive service, which was particularly appreciated in these weather conditions.
