Had a Saturday night stopover in the Dandenong region and checked reviews on Trip Advisor. This restaurant came up as No 2 so we decided to give it a visit. Booked in for 6pm and the place was really busy. Started with pre dinner drinks...that were delivered cold and fast. Entrees arrived in around 12 minutes and mains followed around 15 minutes from the clearance of our entree plates. Food and beverage service throughout the meal was exceptional and that was surprising in a place that was constantly turning tables for new diners. Booked the function room for a communion only to find out the day before its a shared room with other peoples funtions. Monica was extremely rude and disrespectful and continually stated its a restaurant not private funtion rooms and was extremely argumentative and told me...i could cancel the booking and take my deposit back. Never have a met such a rude person and would not ever reccomend for a function. She would not even accommodate a sqaure cake table or 2 round tables for the function. Such very unprofessionally service if she had of been nice about the situation i wouldnt of had a problem but she continually tried arguing her point.
The venue is good with a bar for drinks before going through to the restaurant. The service was good and the meal off the regular menu was good.They also have a SECRET MENU which really is crazy because everyone knows about it as it's on all these sites you read reviews on and 4 people mentioned before I got to the restaurant. I asked the waitress who laughed as she agreed it wasn't that secret and really only added a couple of burgers to the offering! However she did mention you need to ask for it or she couldn't give it out.Should maybe keep this thriller for a opening week kind of thing!!
Disgraceful Attitude So we booked spoke to a male he advised session 5pm must leave by 7:30 I advised leaving at 7:30 not a problem however we won’t be there by 5 we will be late probably 5:30 but definitely will leave by...7:30. Went all the way there 5:25 to be told our booking was cancelled we are late then accused me of being a liar they don’t have a 2.5 hour session . Disgusting you had my number no phone call have u forgotten what customer service is? I guess this is what u get for trying to support local businesses Réservez une table maintenant
Went there yesterday for hubby's birthday and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm and nice. The customer service was perfection. We truly felt welcome and they kept checking if we were happy with the food, wanted to order any more food or drinks. Most importantly the food was amazing. My husband ordered a steak and it's the best steak I have ever tasted. I was satisfied with my garlic prawns order. I didn't disappoint hubby for taking him here for his birthday. A bit pricey but it is worth it. Will sure return.
friendly waiting staff welcomed us an entrance. the table for 10 was beautifully decorated in a corner of the restaurant. extensive selection of food and drinks in the menu. the food was delivered to our table at the same time, so we can begin to enjoy our meal together. easy parking and easy access from east link.
I came here with friends on a Monday evening and this place was packed! Today are Monday evenings in the regular quiet and I think that it must be good! and yes, yes. I had the risotto and it was beyond. dirty! all my friends also cost their meal! the service was amazing and the atmosphere great! really enjoyed!
the first employees are fantastic, but disappointed with the meal. the meals are a good part due to the large portion of the chips. chicken parmigiana, huhn itself was well cooked, but chips were cold. as per menu comes only with Napoli sauce and cheese, would. how to add ham.
