First time ordering from this location. I had some issues with the website, so I called the store and spoke with Patty. She was very helpful and extremely friendly, even more so in person when I picked up the order. I ordered two 1-pound chicken Vermonter subs and requested the bread to be packed separately since they were meant for dinner later. Everything was packed perfectly! I travel a lot for work, and this is by far the nicest location I've visited—very clean and the staff is fantastic.
I have consistently received my orders quickly and accurately at the 49 River St. location in Waltham, MA, which I truly appreciate. The sandwiches are always delicious, and when compared to many other sub shops, the price for the large size is fantastic. Many other places charge twice as much for smaller sandwiches, making the value and quality at this chain unbeatable.

Absolutely fantastic! The bread is fresh, soft inside, and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The meatball sub was incredible. The staff are very friendly as well. A must-visit spot that I highly recommend!
