We really enjoyed our dinner at Danzers. Not only the food was exceptionally good and creative, but the house staff made us very welcome. Everyone seemed to have a great knowledge of the food and drinks offered. We were kindly served... and even it was busy having every time for a smile. We appreciate the food in this warm environment. The food was fantastic and I recommend the deer with Macadamia crust. If I remember it correctly, it was accompanied by some tastefully grilled pumpkin wedges. My partner had chosen the scallops as Entrée and I was lucky to try one before they were all gone. He loved them, they were cooked to absolute perfection and fall into the mouth. We arrived quite late with the ferry and decided to eat at the hotel. We chose the 6 Course Gala Dinner Menu. The menu was beautifully presented, high quality and fresh products where used. Great start with lobster, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented....the soup was sweet and beautifully balanced. One of my biggest highlights was the wild turbo, definitely a dream. Beef delicate and beef cheeks where a dream and very delicate. I liked the cheese produced in northern Germany and the taste was very delicious. Total large remnant with large kitchen, which made us eat there every day. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back.
we had 4 months in advance reserved a table for the evening. in the midst of the rummels for the pensioners of the hotel we as external guests got the most beautiful table at the window. apart from the noise (children), we felt very comfortable, which was especially the nice restaurant manager. to the main thing: eating was excellent and inexpensive, especially compared to other localities on the island more than appropriate. good wine selection. from approx. 20.30 clock also returned rest and one could enjoy the last glass wein with beautiful garden and salt meadow view. we're coming back.

again some days in juists bester address. the couple danzer actually manages to keep the high level: service ****, restaurant ****, room ****. Wellness area especially pieck-sauber. many areas completely renovated. the house for sale; there now also possible with dog. who doesn't feel pampered here has an indelible problem. or he should try the homemade brazed body from the daughter of the house. there is no better one. we have booked for next year.
on juist there are many restaurants - also many good. but in the danzer in the achterdiek we always felt very comfortable. eating was always perfect - the service always friendly, helpful and easy. ideal as a conclusion of a holiday - everything very well maintained - and we love the appetizer buffet - a dream for everyone.
we were here at lunchtime and were surprised that it was such a selection and that was too cheap. the food was super tasty, we will definitely come back as we are going to leave in the achterdiek.
very good, finely prepared food, especially the fish. and at the lunch card quite affordable and highly recommended.
