Darbys is a very small restaurant so we were pleasantly surprised to get a table so fast without reservation on a Friday night. For my drink I got the Mango Martini and it was perfect. We started with the tempura fried green beans and they lived to the whole hype! These were one of the best appetizers we ever had the crispy tempura, the fresh green beans and the sweet sticky soy sauce... Perfect! The fried beet salad with goat cheese was a great size and it was very refreshing. We have 3 slider filet, scallop and the buffalo chicken. We have also added a page of Fritten that only an extra $1. The roasted buffalo chicken slider was very tasteful. We were shocked that our bill was only $60 when we go 3 drinks, an app, a salad, 3 sliders with pommes and a dessert. We cannot wait to get back to Darby's this summer and enjoy their terrace!
Perfect combination, pulled pork slide and half a cranberry Walnut salad. Slider was loaded with delicious pork and melted cheese and the image of perfect salad was delicious. Others at the table also enjoyed the fish Taco and Hamburger. One point to note was that we thought a few ducks seemed expensive. Special of day was panko cod with risotto and veggie I think it was $34. If in the area stop again definitely. Go early because it is small and fills up quickly. We always had a great experience at Darby's and last week was no exception! We brought friends out of town and Kurt knocked it out of the park as usual! Our friends were as impressed as we are always with food and service. Can not wait for the summer on their beautiful terrace!
is always fresh and tasty. The service is Perser standing. We are regular, but we often come enough to appreciate the consistency they know. Lindsey was our server today. She's a treasure! It's a small place, but don't let you wait to discourage you. Enjoy this local jewel!
