They have a roaster onsite and generally serve several different coffees (sometimes more) in a range of brewing styles. There's always some single origins on offer, along with their house blend.Along with amazing coffees, Darcy St Project also serves a small range of baked items, but they fluctuate, depending on what has been made that day, so this is definitely a coffee bar, not an eatery. Grand petit café au coeur de Parramatta. Je vais certainement mon "aller à" pour un ascenseur de caféine, que j'ai frappé maintenant que je les ai découverts. Vous avez un programme fantastique dans lequel vous enseignez au chômage et aux personnes sans abri sur le café, ce qui leur permet de créer une carrière dans le café. Absolument amour. Combien de cafés ou de sociétés redonner à la communauté? Et au-delà, ils font également un excellent café. J'ai essayé un expresso, Piccolo et le froid gouttent tout lors de la réunion. Immaculé. Certainement l'endroit pour le café dans cette zone.
Came across this cute little cafe located near Horwood place carpark on George Street.. I strolled in for the insta famous Hot Ottaman. Which is commonly known as Sahlab or Salep it's a powdered Orchid root whisked with Hot Creamy Milk and perfumed with flavours of Cinnamon, Vanilla and Rosewater & topped with ground Pistachios and Cinnamon // Traditional Arabic or Ottoman Empire sweet aromatic creamy milk winter drink. ????????Get yourself to Darcy St Project and meet the lovely people behind the revival of this epically delicious drink.
Great little cafe in the heart of parramatta. Will definitely be my 'go to' for a caffeine hit now that I've discovered them. They have a fantastic program whereby they teach unemployed and homeless people about coffee which enables them to make careers in coffee. Absolutely love this. How many Cafes or businesses are giving back to the community? And on top of this, they make excellent coffee too. Tried an espresso, piccolo and cold drip all in the one sitting. Flawless. Definitely the place for coffee in this area.

J'ai marché tous les matins et je vois de nombreux ambulances parking dans le café et le café est inondé d'uniformes;) J'ai enfin la chance d'essayer votre café aujourd'hui, et bien que c'était ma première fois, le barista était si sympathique et invitant, et invitant et invitant si prêt pour une chat chit! Il illumine vraiment ma journée! Sans parler que votre café est incroyable! Si j'ai une chance, je vais certainement y retourner :)
In the top two coffee shops in Parramatta for sure--DSP is the place to go for some brew. John Cafferatta is such a humble and nice dude, and what he's doing with the shop as a social enterprise is worthy of your business.
All the espresso based beverages are great, and for black coffee I would definitely recommend a pour-over. Would love to see these guys explore some more batch brew and more joe over ice in summer.
I walked pass it every morning and see lots of ambulance parking around the cafe and the cafe is flooded with uniforms ;) I finally got a chance to try out their coffee today, and despite it was my first time there, the barista was so friendly and welcoming, and so ready for a chit chat! It really brightens up my day! Not to mention, their coffee is amazing! If I get a chance, I will definitely go again :)
I can't say enough good things about this place. The service is amazing and so is the coffee, not to mention the work they do assisting people from disadvantaged and migrant backgrounds upskill to be able to find jobs. Love this place so much.
