this place is spacious and has a beautiful romantic atmosphere, but some of the employees can smile a bit more, which would make the service better. when we were fed early, we had no problems with the eating or cocktail waiting time, as everything came out a reasonable time. we had a groupon credit and we had a common course menu and a cocktail each the highlight dishes would have to be the croquettes and the pulled pork enchiladas. for me I found the food portion to be enough as I shared with my man and I gave more food for him, but it could not be enough for some people. it was worth coming and when the night went there, there were large groups of diners coming with...read more
if I could evaluate this place, I would. it was really terrible. Although several employees were behind the bar and only people at the venue, they wrote beverage orders in a notiz block, up to an hour to make standard drinks. they continued to take the payment for more beverage orders instead of making any actual drinks. a chick in an erdnus butter would move faster than this one. the dj could not accept any wish if he did not want it on his USB stick that he went with him from as i to whom I owed for eating, the female owner rudely said they can either pay or I call the police several times I politely asked to see the bill and she repeated her threat....read more
sub par food and shocking service. do not try to waste their time here. I could just eat anything. pork and chicken tasted like canned. the employees are dissatisfied and have a bad customer service. we were one of the first tables, and they somehow forgot that we all served our food to other tables first. When I was asked for a few minutes, I was told that we had apparently asked for food to come out slowly? an apology would have been sufficient. came with the groupon offer like all the other tables and I would not disturb definitiw, also to the low cost. has a lunch booking for people, appeared at the planned time to be informed that the booking information was not passed on to the kitchen and they had not to worry about eating for us. where we had no alternative and as such to book at another place, this meant that we had a three-hour waiting time before we arrived somewhere on the day after we put an email to the express our disappointment, two weeks after and we are still getting an apology, receiving email or even confirming that the problem has occurred terrible customer service, and obviously can not come over!
