Das Ludwig Gaststaetten

Hello, unfortunately we were hoping for more from our stay. As soon as we arrived we were puzzled that at the reception of a traditional Bavarian hotel we could only be helped in English . Unfortunately, information on offers and services was only available on request. The staff at the front desk often seemed overwhelmed and not very communicative. The hotel was apparently busy during our visit, so we had to park outside. Description also very poor. Food and drink selection were fine for us. Unfortunately, the service for subsequent delivery of the drinks can also be expanded here. We had to wait a very long time. The supply of drinks during the day or at the pool can also be expanded, as this was only available sporadically. We liked the idea of the drinking bottles. Unfortunately, the drinking station was defective several times, so that the drinks splashed in all directions and everything was sticky and dirty. Another drinking station would be desirable, as well as a prior cleaning of the drinking bottle. The pool, fitness and spa area seemed neat and clean. We had a lot of fun swimming. Unfortunately, access to the pool is a bit awkward. Water temperature was pleasant to hot. Child care is not recommended. Was there as a father to see what the offspring were up to and found dealing with other children borderline. For example, we were on the playground and the supervisors sat in the shade while smaller kids twirled around in, on and around the climbing frame. Baby play corner was okay in terms of equipment, but difficult to find and always untidy. The layout of the rooms is also nicer for a family hotel. Rooms are old, but very clean. Bathroom equipment was new and clean. But you can tell the renovation backlog in the entire hotel and the grounds. We expected more family friendliness in a family hotel. Probably won 't come back.

An older well-kept house, where really many families with very small children stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What bothered me was that the massage was only carried out in one strength and not a little harder. Food drinks: Dinner on the first night really cranked up the expansion. Unfortunately, these were no longer reached on the second evening. Sliced cordon bleu that had already dried on optically. It would have been better to cut them open shortly before publication.

The hotel is overall nice and well laid out. The thermal baths are very large and offer everything you need. The staff, especially in the Heurigen, are very friendly and always there. The food in the restaurant is good, although there is room for improvement here. The rooms are getting old but everything was fine. Ultimately it's the price that decides and it was pretty good. We'll definitely be back. Rooms: 3

Very nice hotel with great child care and a great wellness area. Large family double rooms. Very good food. The employees are all very attentive and super friendly. We will vacation at Das Ludwig again. Great concept for happy children and relaxed parents. Dogs are also allowed. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly

First impression: The hotel is old and unkempt. Room clean. Almost only foreign staff in the entire hotel... could hardly speak any German. Service staff not friendly. Food for a 4 star superior very bad PRICE PERFORMANCE definitely doesn 't fit. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3
