Eher zufällig und ganz spontan hat es sich ergeben, dass ich am letzten Donnerstag im Advent zum Weihnachtsfeier Buffet im Kurhaus Trifels war. So ein Weihnachtsessen ist ja traditionell recht fleischbelastet umso erleichterter war ich, dass es bei allen Gängen auch eine ordentliche Auswahl an veganen Speisen gab. Zur Vorspeise gab es nicht nur verschiedene Salate und Brot, sondern auch ein fantastisches Rote Beete Carpaccio, von dem ich mir dreimal nachnehmen musste... Bei der Hauptspeise habe ich die Braten links liegen lassen und mich stattdessen an die (praktischerweise als vegan gekennzeichneten Kohlrouladen mit Gemüse und Räuchertofufüllung gehalten. Die Knödel waren leider nicht vegan...
quite randomly and quite spontaneously it turns out that I was in the advent for the Christmas party buffet in the curhouse trifels on the last Thursday. such a Christmas dinner is traditionally quite meat-loaded, the easier I was that there was also a proper selection of vegan food at all walks. not only were there various salads and broth, but also a fantastic red carpaccio, from which I had to take three times. on the main dish I left the roast and instead kept myself to the (practically labeled vegan) flower cabbage with a sweet and smoked tofu filling. the dumplings were unfortunately not vegan, but there were vegan root vegetables with carrots and pastinaks that tasted well. but I was...
Schönes Restaurant im Grünen mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Burg Trifels. Das Essen war hervorragend. Es gibt eine gehobene Küche, edle Gerichte, schön angerichtet. Allein der Tomaten-Cappuccino zur Vorspeise war eine Gaumenfreude. Die Schweinemedaillons in Champignon-Rahmsoße, die mein Mann bestellt hatte, sahen sehr appetitlich aus. Ich hatte ein Gericht aus der vegetarischen/veganen Auswahl - Zucchinispagetti mit Spinat und Tomaten mit einer Cashewsoße. Das war fantastisch. Die Nachspeisen waren auch sehr gut, vor allem die Créme Brûlée. Absolute Empfehlung - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
In the Oval Office today I have experienced a very stylish and tasteful ambience and enjoyed great finger food or spoon food either vegetarian or classic. The classic Art Nouveau main building of the hotel still radiates a great atmosphere and gives the whole ensemble the red thread. Once all tree houses and the E Auto charging station are completed, a new glamorous time calculation will surely begin here. The Stippvisite makes me optimistic. That seems very appropriate to me. Beautiful hotel with direct views of Trifels Castle. Goods with a group for 2 days there. On Saturday night we were eating there and that was great and was really fun.
