Das Zeit hat hohes Potential! Die Möble und Dekoration sind wirklich hübsch! Die Leute dort sind durchwegs freundlich, benötigen aber evtl noch ein wenig Erfahrung oder Schulung, wie man mit Unannehmlichkeiten umgeht. Bspw hat die Dame an der Rezeption, die uns nachdem das Zimmer nicht gesäubert wurde wenigstens frische Handtücher gebracht. Sie bot uns jeder einen Saft an, den sie uns mit hingestellt hat, während wir zum Abendessen gefahren sind. Dass wir erstmal 2h weg sind, habe ich ihr gesagt. Als wir zurück kamen, traute ich meinen Augen nicht, als da zwei Gläser offener Saft inklusive ertrunkener Fliegen standen und nichts geschlossenes! Wie gesagt: alles gut gemeint, mit viel Potential...
I don't know if all the rooms are like this or if we got a specific room that is adapted for the disabled. The shower was terrible, it was not possible to use the sink while someone was showering due to the wide opening for disabled people, the water splashed all over the space. In the bathroom there was an annoying automatic flush as if we were in a public bathroom. The breakers were low. The service in the hotel restaurant was terrible. The parking lot is not big enough for hotel guests.
I had the pleasure of spending three nights at this wonderful hotel, and I am absolutely thrilled! From the moment of arrival to departure, the service was flawless. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to fulfill any requests. The breakfast was a highlight! The selection was vast, ranging from fresh fruits to hot dishes and local specialties – something for every taste. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was also superb, with a fine selection of wines and exquisite dishes.
Wir hatten hier mit der Firma ein Workshop. Sehr zuvorkommende, bemühte und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung, sauber, klein und gemütlich. Toll fand ich, dass vergessene Produkte (wie z.B Zahnbürste, Zahncreme, etc. gratis zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch auf Vegane Ernährung wird hier eingegangen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und bestimmt sehr lecker (bin kein Frühstücker alles in einem ein tolles Hotel!

I had great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the breafast was pretty good. The hotel is close to the Attersee Lake which you can enjoy beautiful scenery. The receptionist is really helpful. We had trouble to catch train to Vienna as most train was suspended due to the flood. The receptionist help us to find the alternative and patiently responded to our inquiries. Kudos to the team. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for pleasant place to stay
That was very clean hotel, it was a pleasure to stay there for a night. Room was lightsome and clean, so was the bathroom. Not even a small amount of mold under the shower. Breakfast was very nice, everything was fresh. Localization was fine but not the best. Parking for free. Service: 5
I have been passing by during a business trip i had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Food and service very good. Hotel location nearby the lake Attersee. Rooms are very good, comfortable clean and silent. Service: 5
New hotel, clean, hygienic, calm and soft ambient. Interior is great I like it. All the Staff are friendly always smiles welcoming and speaks English.great value for your money Service: 5
