Dasian - Réserver une table

I have been coming to this Chinese place for 2 years because I really like what it offers and it is close to where I live. However, when I went back 2 weeks ago I was left with a bitter taste. When we entered the restaurant we surprised the two waitresses helping themselves with their bare hands from the all-you-can-eat fruit buffet, which was disgusting and above all not at all hygienic. Then when we took our order, one of the two waitresses brought us a drink that had nothing to do with the one we had ordered. These same waitresses only laughed throughout the service, and in front of the people who were eating, which is absolutely unprofessional. it made you wonder if they were making fun of us... I advise you to review the way you recruit your waitresses, especially those who are young because they are not entirely professional and do not reflect the potential of the restaurant. Too bad we can't put 0! Restaurant to avoid absolutely! Extremely unpleasant staff and boss who refuses criticism. Cold dish so I decide to let the boss know, who tells me straight in the eye that it’s hot even though the dish is cold total bad faith! When I move on to dessert, absolutely not much choice and the sweets available have been dry on the buffet I think for at least 3 days. I also complain and they call me crazy and I decide to have the cake touched by the boss who tells me “it’s the supplier’s fault”. Lack of potty she could no longer deny! Don't accept criticism and limit yourself to looking at us saying that if we're not happy it's the same! To flee !!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! It’s a very spacious room! Arrived at 7:15 p.m. the restaurant was disgusting, not even cleaned and I think for days! Cold dishes! No heating, we have to eat with our coats on because no one necessarily warns us when we arrive otherwise we would have left and the poor waitress gets yelled at even more when she brings up the information!
